EIFS Retrofit – EIFS Removal and Replacement

Comments Off on EIFS Retrofit – EIFS Removal and Replacement

We recently completed a large project for an apartment complex in Montclair, NJ.  The complex had serious water entry issues because of improper EIFS installation which compromised the underlying substrate.  The owners needed to rectify the issues in a cost effective and timely manner.

Identify failing EIFS areas and missing flashing.

Identified water entry problems.
