Traditional Cement Stucco System
Our traditional cement stucco system consists of three coats of traditional cement. We start by securing galvanized wire lath to the structure with galvanized nails. Galvanized materials do not rust and are an important factor in any exterior facade. We then apply a cement scratch coat followed by a cement brown coat. The final coat can be a textured or smooth cement finish. All three coats are hand-troweled onto the structure. The result is a beautiful maintenance-free exterior in the color of your choice!
Hardcoat Acrylic Stucco System
Our hardcoat acrylic stucco system is designed to look like the EIFS foam board system, but without the foam. We start by securing galvanized wire lath to the structure with galvanized nails. Galvanized materials do not rust and are an important factor in any exterior facade. We then apply a cement scratch coat followed by a cement brown coat. The final coat is a smooth acrylic stucco which is water-resistant. All three coats are hand-troweled onto the structure. The result is a beautiful maintenance-free exterior in the color of your choice!
Brickface System
Our brickface system is designed to look like real brick, but without the cost. We start by securing galvanized wire lath to the structure with galvanized nails. Galvanized materials do not rust and are an important factor in any exterior facade. We then apply a cement scratch coat. The second coat of cement is applied and considered the "mortar" color. A final textured coat of cement is applied and is the "brick" color. Once the final coat has set sufficiently, straight lines are scored deep enough to the allow the mortar color to show through. All three coats are hand-troweled onto the structure and the lines are scribed by hand. The result is a beautiful maintenance-free exterior in the color of your choice!
Stoneface System
Our stoneface system is designed to look like real stone, but without the cost. We start by securing galvanized wire lath to the structure with galvanized nails. Galvanized materials do not rust and are an important factor in any exterior facade. We then apply a cement scratch coat. The second coat of cement is applied and considered the "mortar" color. A final textured coat of cement is applied and is the "stone" color. Once the final coat has set sufficiently, lines are scored deep enough to the allow the mortar color to show through in the stone shape of your preference. All three coats are hand-troweled onto the structure and the lines are scribed by hand. The result is a beautiful maintenance-free exterior in the color of your choice!
Tudor Board System
Our tudor board system is similar to traditional stucco system, but with build outs. We start by securing galvanized wire lath to the structure with galvanized nails. Galvanized materials do not rust and are an important factor in any exterior facade. We then apply a cement scratch coat followed by a brown coat. Forms are used to create "tudor boards" made out of cement on the walls. When the forms are removed, a final coat of cement is applied and the "boards" are finished in a contrasting color of cement. All three coats are hand-troweled onto the structure. The result is a beautiful maintenance-free exterior in the color and texture of your choice!
