The stucco and tudor board facade was failing on this home. We removed the existing facade and needed to replace some rotted sheathing.

After sheathing replacement, we applied a double vapor barrier and galvanized wire lath.

We then applied a three coat brickface facade for the customer.

Water gets behind rotted wood tudor board causing stucco problems.

All wood tudor board and stucco panels were removed and replaced with hardcoat stucco.

Tudor board is carved into stucco with wood grain effect and coloring.
